Rein Zwei certainly has a long way to go before she can compare to Rein Eins.

I've tried as hard as I can, but I cannot make out that first kanji in the bottom-right balloon. Even blowing up the image does not help, and the pic is no longer indexed on the artist's site or Pixiv, so I can't tell if there might be a larger version available.

As for the small text outside balloons in the lower half of the page, forget it. It's ants on a screen as far as I can say.

DAMMIT, Japan, stop using tiny fonts on crap-tier resolution images that aren't ever going to show up offline! GRRR.

It is 姿.

I knew I recognized the 欠 radical! I just couldn't make out the rest of it. And, as it turns out, my guesswork on translating it was sufficient.

Still can't read the antspeak, though.

I had guessed that might be it. What about Wendi's out-of-bubble line at the bottom?
