Here we have our big little cute Rose with little cosplay wings!

It's almost Valentines, so I thought why not draw Rose for this time, since last year was Rika's? After some research done when drawing Weiss in the previous work, I got to apply some of the things I learned in photoshop like special effects and color adjustments. I really like cosplaying Rose quite a bit I must say haha
