Or at least she wants the person she's addressing (presumably the Admiral) to think she is. It's hard to tell exactly what's going on with this artist's Inazuma. Sometimes she hates the Admiral's guts... sometimes with very good reason.

Likely not all the same versions, but from what I can see the Inazuma(s) have been slowly but surely warming up to the admiral more and more.
Before it was either complete exhaustion, ptsd, hate, apathy and so on, now it feels like there is becoming genuine... relationship between them... of sorts
