Is it just me, or does it look like the gobbo is 'phasing' through the railing, as though his body is incorporeal?
(I mean, yeah, there's quite a few buff spells in various Western tabletop RPGs that lets you do this, but the setting here appear to be a JRPG-esque one partly inspired by Dragon Quest, where such 'creative' mobility spells are less common.
Plus Chrono would likely have more problems on the next two pages if the gobbo is actually incorporeal.)
