mutsuki, kako, mutsuki kai ni, and kikuzuki (kantai collection) drawn by mocchi_(mocchichani)

Kako : probably fall asleep in the middle of firing salvo.
Aoba : off looking for scoop while on the sortie (or probably mistaken some hime for Richelieu)
Uzuki : probably off chasing butterfly instead in the middle of sortie

can anybody enlighten me about problem Kinugasa and Furutaka might pose for Kikuzuki?

Furutaka: gets distracted by Kako a lot at her own expense, mostly from trying to keep her awake
Kinugasa: distracts everyone with her dad jokes
