結局イベント会場で小傘さんのコスプレをしてる可愛い女の子さんと一緒に撮った写真も送りました。
申請自体はQBさんがまとめて現地の人にお願いしたみたいなので、なんとかしてくださったようです。

For the declarations themselves, it seems QB-san collected them and had one of the locals take care of it, so I hear they managed somehow.
