Come on Rumia is so cute here how can you say no to her. Feeding her should be easy enough though it could get expensive. I bet she'll eat stuff like hamburgers,snack cakes,mac and cheese,ramen,potato chips,steak,beef jerky,cookies,candy etc and be perfectly happy. Plus I can turn her loose on missionaries that come and bug me every now and then. Better not take Chen though since Ran would kick your ass if you took her. Same goes for Rin since Satori is just creepy.

Ran may be a problem to handle but Satori, hehehe belive me she don't want to look in my heart XD She may get scare to dead, anyway your idea of how to handle Rumia is pretty good, there are many people not necesary in this world already, so one or two less won't matter, and you can't blame a Youkai for what they do best.
Cirno would like anything cold; since in some she likes ice cream alot... and you can always put her in the coldest place in the house without problem.
Rumia would do well in the darkest room in the house.

Yeah but, what are you gonna do if she tryes to eat Mystia or even worse, if she tryes to eat you ?
I will take Chen and Orin~ So kawaii~ Rumia too~ My house is always dark at night... Feeding her is quite a problem... But since her diet is meat... Anything is OK~
Feeding Rumia is the only real issue. If substitutes for human flesh won't suffice (doubtful since its implied she's rather incompetent so I can't imagine her getting to eat people that often since you can see her coming a mile away during the day and she can't see you at all) then you need to find a source of expendable human beings. On the bright side, if you live in a bad neighborhood you can just sic her on the local criminal element!
The real preoblem is her metabolism. She's pretty small, but she threatens to eat Reimu and/or Marisa. Assuming she doesn't have some way to preserve their flesh or that she isn't capable of consuming decayed flesh, that means she can eat a human being larger than herself in one meal! That's a lot of meat! Even if you can give her substitutes, eating at least a pre-teen's weight in any kind of meat or, really, anykind of food (two to three times a day) would cost a small fortune unless she's like certain snakes and tortoises and can go a long time inbetween meals.
She isn't actually that hard to deal with if she becomes aggressive with you either. Canonically, her eyes are actually very sensitive to light (she always has her darkness bubble on during the day), and while her bubble of darkness is strong enough to snuff out the light from a lit lantern, you could easily blind her with something like those flares deep-sea divers use.
As for the others, assuming that:
1. They would not try to eat or otherwise hurt me; canonically all of them, even Chen, especially Chen, are unfriendly to humans (contrary to her cute protrayals in fanon, Chen enjoys attacking humans just for the evulz) save Rin, who can still take your corpse when you die, which prevents your spirit from passing on (well, to be fair Cirno can probably be tricked into being friendly)...
and...
2. That I wouldn't have to worry about former owners (Ran and Satori are no one I'd want to mess with though Satori might just have an aneurysm looking into my head/heart)...
I would gladly take them all in, especially Mystia (she can cook and knows how to run small businesses/scams for cash) and Cirno (free AC in the summer) who practically pay for themselves!
