It's actually rather cute, and I could see a mini-fic based on this. Akatsuki trying to act like a lady during lunch, and Bismarck doesn't even question it, just treats her the same way she would a battleship, swapping stories, laughing at Akatsuki's jokes, and just treating her as her equal.
In short, Bismarck treats little Akatsuki like a lady, and she makes it seem natural. She now has a friend for life at Yokosuka.
