Probably the design of 2080ti-kun and the first two girls that the original author drew based on what he saw in RL (something about two girls sandwiching a boy playing his DS in the train).
He could very easily just restart the series with another shota and another trio of rich busty onee-sans who know their way around computer parts. I like shinjiro's art as well but he sure as hell doesn't own the concept of predatory oneeshota, and the gimmick of payment via expensive PC parts was sky's to begin with.

The artist does allow fan art of his work, what he doesn't allow is commercial usage of this fan art of his work, which is exactly what Sky did here. Sky didn't tell him either, he had to found this out on his own.
Shinjiro was good until he started posting NTR but I can at least forgive that. But ruining other people's enjoyment? Time to stop my paid subscription to his Fantia.
