I want to point out that doctors back yonder that treated women specifically had to do so blindly. The woman had to wear a long skirt and the doctor had to do his check on her using his hands without seeing the woman's lower body in the nude. They were that time's gynecologist but they had to do all those checks blindly as to not shame the woman.
That last image reminded me a bit of that since the positions are the exact same (albeit the skirt is around 60cm shorter in this case.
Um, isn't she a futa? I'm pretty sure he's putting out the fire by stroking her off. Her dress is lifted up, there's a bulge, and he's gripping something flesh-coloured.
