Can anyone explain the use of "stitched" in this image or should I just remove it?

Also, somebody needs to upload a cleaner version of this. The JPEG artifacts in this one is horrible.

It's stitched because the author said it's stitched. It's also mirrored and clone-stamped alot. This is pretty much shit.

I wouldn't expect him to go in and take the real image out of the game, so he stitched caps of the pan up of her scattered torso which is 3 or 4 screen long.
