I'm not a player so I don't have first-hand knowledge, but from what I understand about T-dolls, it may be incorrect to tag this bleeding, blood and bruise.

They do bleed apparently. They are realistic enough to be bled, bruised, and produce scars even. Hell, dolls bleeding out is even a plot point a couple of times.
They also absolutely CANNOT smoke cigarettes since they will choke almost instantly. But, you know, most artists and players don't really care about in-lore particulars. That's why you see G41 with heterochromic eyes at all times even though the "red eye" thing was suppose to be her targeting module that only activates when needed.

What, really? Holy crap, then UMP45 is actually throwing the T doll equivalent of a GB (sarin) gas grenade or something.
A family that does "war crimes" together stays together~ Nothing like bonding with your sisters around a fresh pile of the enemy's asphyxiated corpses.

I am sure there's a difference between smoking a fag and smoke grenades. But that's up for the writers to decide. They also cannot handle tear gas well.

In fairness, humans can't handle tear gas well either.

True, but the whole idea is that T-dolls are pretty human-like despite being "Robots".
Now Military Mechs do exists in Girls Frontline which really are just walking robots with rocket launchers.
But what makes the T-dolls somewhat strange is how human they are. That's why you get stuff like WA2000 getting angry when people take her ice cream away and other T-dolls having seemingly human "Defects" which have no place in a war zone.
T-dolls need to eat and sleep just like the rest of us. Vs the mechs that just need to plug themselves into a power outlet.
