Extreme Pasta Eating is a type of extreme sport in which people consume pasta with cutting-edge originality and gracefulness.

"The diving eat": A plate of pasta is hurled as you Hollywood stunt dive to tackle it in midair. Eat the pasta before the plate hits the ground and you have mastered it.

More difficult techniques exist such as the "Italian desert pasta" and the "nasal pasta" in which you inhale pasta through your nose.
