Commanders report: Activities of august 24th 1943. A loss shook the entire wing today as a neuroi appeared in the early morning hours after the night watchman had returned and while the siren was under maitnence. Warrant Officer Franchesca Lucchini who was awake at the time, rushed out to fight it alone. She was unfortunately mortally wounded in the event. She will be missed. -Minna Dietlinde Wilcke
