How many bottles of shampoo do you think she uses to maintain that fluff?
One trick I learned when I let my hair grown (metalhead phase, don't judge) is washing your hair with your body soap to get rid of the dusty, greasy and dirty stuff from your hair and then use your normal shampoo. A lot of your shampoo is wasted being cut by your hair's natural oils.

But for this dumb Lioness: one bottle per bath.
So I am not the only one who do this. Even though my hair is actually short, it's actually faster to wash my hair twice like that.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if a real person went through 2 big bottles of shampoo and conditioner a week trying to keep up with hair that long and voluminous.
I've said the same thing about Kancolle too, but the local salons must be making a king's sum off this war. When they have a whole base full of fashionable young ladies each with specific needs for keeping their beautiful hair in such a fine style, the amount the base spends on salon hair care products would skyrocket.
