    I don't remember it being that bright from my visits there
    think it might be time to get my eyes checked ^_^;;;

    It's a trick, the camera shutter was left open and the film is over exposed where the light entered. you can tell from the streaks of light from the car head and tail lights.

    It's a rather spiffy effect though, I like it :)

    panoramic lense and special film i would assume.. and the shutter trick is quite common, photographer probably just did it because it was at night
