Getting sand in your eyes is no fun at all. That being said, I find it impressive the kid isn't hurt from laying down beneath her weight like that, especially with his arms sandwiched between her legs.

Also, I can relate. I despise eye drops, to the point I can't even watch eye drops get applied in anime without my own starting to water and hurt. I would probably need to be restrained in some form, myself.

1) Apparently not. She went full big-sister mode here. 2) "Oh god please let me go not the eye drops I'm scared please noooooooo.." 3) Pin the arms with your legs, force an eye open with your fingers. Aside from the suggestive position it's a fairly obvious strategy for restraining kids much smaller than you. Though usually you'd use 2 people (one pins down with their hands, the other opens the eyes and applies the drops).
