But I don't understand what they did wrong, if someone starts to strip in the middle of the classroom of course people are gonna look, and the second time was just a misunderstanding. I guess it's just a common gag?

Yes, basically. It's that sort of thing where the trendy gyaru girl looks at the nerdy main character and says he's disgusting. It's sort of meant to be the representation of the thing that the otaku feels girls will do to him if he ever asks one out. (Those girls tend to get some sort of horrible and wildly disproportional violent comeuppance, of course...)

In this case, it feels like it's trying to cast Those Two Guys as the analogue for the sort of person Mahiro used to be, and how Mahiro's accidentally becoming that "unattainable girl" to these guys that partially drove him to be the shut-in he became.

Sorry about being "that person", but I gotta point out that this isn't Asahi. Her bangs are thicker, she wears her uniform buttoned up, and she lacks the weird tufts Asahi has on the sides of her head. That said, they do look suspiciously similar even with those differences. I don't think this girl (or the rest of the quartet in this gag, for that matter) has had her name mentioned yet, so it's not like there's really a whole lot go off in regards to singling her out from the classroom crowd anyway...

On the bright side, it isn't really the quartet's guys being called "the worst" this time so much as it's the jerks who decided to attack them over chocolate of all things. Ah well, at least Mahiro tried.
