I do believe this is supposed to be Ragna and Jin from BlazBlue instead of Sol and Ky from Guilty Gear as previously tagged.

I'm fairly certain it's Ky and Sol cosplaying as Jin and Ragna. (Note "Ragna's" hair color.) Changed the tags.

Ragna should have looked like that. He just feels so generic as-is.

Yeah, I assumed so too. I just wasn't exactly sure how to go about tagging it as such so I had simply changed it to Ragna and Jin since they were the subject of the cosplay.
