    今回は予め言っておきますと、『香港に行けなかった話』です。
    なんだか香港は大変なことになってますねー(^^;)

    Hang in There, Kogasa-san 3264

I'll just say ahead of time that this time is a story of how I did NOT go to Hong Kong. Hong Kong really seems to be having it rough, doesn't it. (^^;)

I was in HK for a week-long work trip during the riots at one of their worst flareups. Let's just say that on the day of departure I raced out of the hotel at 9am and grabbed the first hotel shuttle to the airport, even though my flight was at night.

Those rioters have lost all reason and they will do anything to get their way. No way I'm going to take my chances with them threatening to block all airport access.

Jackie Chan giving up is a good thing. All he did was producing propaganda for the Chinese government.

The people in Hongkong should deport their so called local government just like those wanted to do with dissidents.

Anybody who supports those rioters should have their brain checked. Throwing petrol bombs, destroyimg both public and private property, blocking roads, beating up and attempting to murder people who don't agree with their brand of 'democracy' makes them worse than even the most despotic government today.

Anarchy is not torlerated anywhere. If this were any other country those people would have already faced lethal force from the full might of both law enforcement and the military.

“Attempting” is already wrong. An old man has already died from receiving a brick to the face. They are already murderers

People being disappeared, organs being harvested, concentration camps aplenty.

Yep, as of right now it's "Fascism Time" over in China and that's never a good time to go visit a country.
