This pic was drawn symbolizing the time Kadokawa (pictured as the bird-like Cellien) tries to wrangle Kemono Friends back from Tatsuki, the director of Kemono Friends anime 1st season. They succeeded, and from there on Kemono Friends anime got progressively worse per season; the supposed 2nd season where Kaban went to the next island got wiped out and we got the Kururu version with Serval that lost her memories, which is kinda harsher in hindsight with this picture drawn before s2 launched.
