A bit of a late reply, but Michishio leads the third fleet (being expedition mules like Akebono's second fleet), but there's a rotation of light cruisers and destroyers that are part of it. The third fleet was unlocked a long time ago
Myoukou-san's group isn't with us, nor is Kirishima-san.
