she takes back her position of the highest base DMG RF (Mosin MOD3 with her exclusive gets 166 DMG) at 170 base DMG at MOD3 and gets an exclusive AP rounds which grants 180 AP and +10 DMG, Her main skill has been slightly changed with how it targets, now her interdiction shot checks if the enemy can be outright killed and if they possess the highest HP stat currently AND CAN BYPASS HP SHIELDS ON ENEMIES.
On top of that her passive increases the damage she does to enemies by her skill and auto-attacks by 10% as long as they're over 50% HP.
Additionally with her Passive, if she managed to kill an enemy with her main skill, activate her skill again and she can fire off 3 more charged shots which can do 4x damage each skill use but take NTW-20's ACC into consideration meaning they can miss her targets and has no aiming time. These additional charged shots prioritise enemies that can be killed and has the lowest HP on the field.
She's the first non-story related T-doll to receive a 6* MOD3 and you can hear SASS fangirling in the distance.
In a full DMG focused echelon trying to funnel everything into NTW-20's charged shots, i've managed to get her to do roughly... 195,483 ~ 264,477 damage which is practically half the damage cap.
