2.) Is that Stollen in Furutaka's speech bubble?
3.) Why are all shipgirls in the last dozen pictures wear sweatshirts and trackpants?

To answer two birds with one stone, the two wants to drag Hayanami to where they want to go, either at the ramen shop (Noshiro), or at Graf's for Stollen (Furutaka).
For the sweatshirts and the trackpants, that's the theme for until next year. Funny writing abounds.

Okay, that makes sense. But Stollen and coffee at Graf's? In Germany you go to a café, if you want to have coffee and cake. At Graf's I would expect beer and warm snacks like Schnitzel or Currywurst and maybe a salad.
