Galarian Zapdos = Ostrich, Galarian Moltres = Flamingo,
So Galarian Articuno = ?

Not a flamingo, not with that hooked beak. That's more like a frigate bird or albatross beak, and Articuno's beak, crest and long tail remind of nothing so much as a cockatiel, though the feet are all wrong for that.
