I didn't know lizards were that good at getting into open windows.
Gecko's are notoriously adept at climbing. A Gecko could enter an open window on the very top floor of the Empire State Building if it wanted to.
The physics behind it are somewhat understood but a bit too complicated to allow for easy explanation, just think literal spider man, minus the web-slinging.
