The circles are meant to be filled in by a hypothetical noun that fits the criteria of either being liked or disliked. So it reads as "In the presence of something she likes" etc.
I am... reminded of something very similar to this. I believe it was Koishi, with the exact same gimmick. Though for the table, I cannot remember for the life of me.
