No... Female Yousuke would basically be a laid-back, tomboy that's really into music and gaming, not some generic moe blob. I mean, she's cute and all and I like her suspenders, but it seems like it's sort of missed the point of a genderswap.
In response to Teclo, there's no guarantee that he'd be a tomboy per se. Yousuke isn't really manly to begin with, and who knows if he was actually born a girl (especially since there's less pressure to be 'cool' and not having a teenage boy's libido).
Also, if you notice her stockings are ripped, suggesting that she's still active and clumsy like Yosuke is.
I'd imagine feme-Yousuke as somewhere of a mix between the girly-girl and the tomboy. Kinda boy-crazy, but not so much as the normal Yousuke is girl-crazy. Very casual, relaxed, and laid back. Energetic, though, when her interest is piqued. Tries hard, but fails a lot.
Come to think of it, Yousuke, like Junpei in P3, is the "everyman" character designed solely to be relatable. Thus, it's hard to imagine Yousuke, regardless of gender, as anything other than "normal." Or at least average. He/she has to be a good balanced character.
Well, as some people have pointed out, one thing P4 does better than P3 is actually representing the characters as their actual age. Remember that these characters are (by western educational standards) merely sophomores and juniors in high-school making them probably 15 or 16. In P3, however, they acted like they were more like 30+ going through existential crises with severe mental trauma. Pretty much every character had a laundry list of psychological and emotional disorders which lead them to acting out. In Junpei's case, this included acting like a jackass a good portion of the time. In P4, they act a lot more like actual high school students.
Of course, I still love both games, their stories, and the characters to death, but from an objective point of view, P4 was truer to the actual behavior of high school students.
