Why? What's the issue that it needs to be removed?
There wasn't one, no one ever said it should or will be removed. It was approved within like two hours, even. It was never flagged or anything.
The user requesting it stay posted that only one hour after the image was uploaded, while there was never any indication that it wouldn't be approved.
Favorites don't make an image more likely to be approved because, on top of that being irrelevant to an approver's opinion, approvers traditionally use the moderation queue to approve uploads, which doesn't sort them by popularity.
