Reverse trap, like tsundere, has been used in many images where it shouldn't apply. Just because Naoto is a reverse trap most of the time doesn't mean it applies to her in every picture.
As a rule of thumb, if you can correctly tell the gender with complete certainty from the thumbnail alone, it's not a trap.
