Wonder if there will ever be a scenario in which this happens and every Operator within five miles doesn't immediately start firing upon her. She'd probably be a really strong unit, to be honest.

baddies turn good guy demerit: boss loses like 50% all stats, suddenly forgot/unable to use half of their skills, including the OHKO ones

Proper demerit is that she is directly responsible for the slaughters of tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of innocent people.
What she deserves is to be thrown into a crowd of all those that have lost someone because of her and be torn apart.
Cruel? Yes. Unethical? Definitely. Does she deserve it? 1000% Yes.
At the very best she could work with us until things have stabilized and then she would be sentenced for life (at the very best). Preferably working herself to death. There is redemption, and then there is allowing actual Hitler like person to walk free.
And yes, I am aware that number of other places in the setting are pretty prejudice towards the infected, but considering that people have to wear protections when dealing with certain units with it, their fears are decently understandable, though the level of reaction they have is likely not lot of the time. But considering lot of the Infected try to hide their infection and live among non-infected, risking spread (even if it is hard for it to jump person to person) would make any reasonable parent livid. Especially considering that the "disease" is effectively a slow death sentence as of now (not everyone will have access to the quality of facilities and experts Rhodes island has).

This "Talulah" is innocentâ„¢ and PV Talulah is the real big bad?
Counterpoint: Eyjafalla, Silverash. Not even bosses and their third skills are fucking broken.
just like any employee with good seniority, that's the merit you get for being good guy (and also a 6 stars) from the start. Then when enemy recruitment comes around...
"Now you get to play as this boss that's been kicking your ass since forever, btw you don't have access to any of their ass-kicking shit because gameplay balance reason."
But, I would not if this was the case with Memphist. Piece of shit is gonna get thrown into the midst of the enemy at the first chance I get
