For those that don't understand this, it's a reference to Episode 4 of the Umineko novel. In a rather (pseudo-)comical sequence, Virgilia ignored the fourth wall and kept hearing "*PING**PONG*" sounds due to a certain series of events fufilling themselves beyond her control.
Gaap replicating this in this particular picture is just another chance to tease Virgilia.
