Togo Hifumi Persona
Hifumi has awakened to her Persona!
Her Persona's name is "Otohime" and her codename is "Hydra"
The inspiration came from the "Dragon King" piece in shogi, I wanted to evoke the "Daughter of the Dragon King" kind of feeling from her.
