About 5-6 years timeline wise, so she's about 21-22. You get a poster of Rise in P5 though, and she doesn't look much different.

Apparently the Persona 3, 4 and 5 are the same world.
At least, the games have references to previous characters.

In P4, there is a trip to the P3 highschool.
In P5, characters from both the previous games are referenced on TV shows and posters.
