It looks way too different compared to the parent for me to think this is a nude filter, it's literally an entirely separate image. The girl is actually in the house, the bathroom in fact, rather than standing in the doorway, her pose is entirely different, and it doesn't have any of the usual telltale signs of being edited by a third party.

Given that tweet is from May and is a listing for ordering an art book(?) that isn't available anymore, I don't think there's enough evidence to say this wasn't made by the artist, without a source provided. If it really is a third party edit, someone put a lot more effort than usual into it.

Call it what you like but given this work is uncensored should raise a big red flag, especially for a renowed artist like Kantoku.
Then, the lines around the pussy aren't as sharp as the other lines.

This is a pretty obvious nude filter.

In regards to the flag, yande.re deleted this post for being an upscale not being a nude filter. This flag reason here gives the false impression that they deleted it for being a nude filter.

Going with the reason for deleting it on yande.re though, that would suggest this image is an image sample version of what they had on their site given this is not the same resolution as over there. There is also noticeable amount compression artifacts in this compared to the other posts here and the version on twitter, despite the fact that those posts are much smaller in file size.

A very disingenuous flagging reason, nothing on yande.re is indicative of this being a nude filter. It definitely got fucked up by someone trying to resize it, though.

It's a very good nude filter but it's definitely a nude filter. Sure, the genitals and breasts are high quality in a vacuum, but the things around them are big give aways, like the color bleed on her butt fang, the fact that the right breast is simply completely overlapping the bra layer, instead of it moving at all, the left nipple being way over displaced for how much the breast is being pushed on. I'm not saying these are terrible art mistakes, just that Kantoku wouldn't do this.
