I thought "らめぇ" was a mispronunciation of "だめぇ".

I kind of doubt that's Sophitia or even a character from Soul Calibur.
The bodysuit just doesn't match with what Sophitia is usually known to wear.
She kind of reminds me of that girl from Valkyrie no Densetsu but I don't think she ever wore a bodysuit either.
