Parentage usually goes to the Pixiv post, since the compression is often higher quality than Twitter, and because this is apparently the final revision of the work.

@Jarlath in this case the twitter is twice the size, and I'm not seeing any difference in the picture that would suggest it's a revision.

Also twitter is not as bad about compression as it used to be, so that rule is not 100% true anymore.
