@OOOrga please make use of tools like Saucenao and google reverse image search to locate other versions of an image. I found from this an older pixiv with this uploaded months before, as well as their other profiles such as deviantart. What you uploaded appears to have been from a re-uploader.

well no not really there's not something like that, and it appears just one pixiv related image shows up at upload, idk if that's a bug there's just not functionality for additional ones yet.
you were lucky that it happened to be an exact match, with the same md5 hash, otherwise it could have had to be deleted for replacement.
