Does anybody recognize the face in the last panel? It looks like Tetsuo Hara's style, but I can't pin it down... perhaps someone from Souten no Ken?

BTW, for the sake of anyone else who might end up ruining his eyes trying to figure out that cramped kanji in the first balloon... it's 穢, as in 穢す, fancy form of 汚す. (Anonymous's "forsook" was just a wild guess. :P)
