That's basically where the word "cola" (as in the carbonated drink) originates. Most 'natural' colas (Virgil's, China Cola, Blue Sky, etc.) still have kola nut extract in them. It's the primary source of caffeine from what I recall. The other ingredients are just sugar, CO2 and coloring. Mainstream mass-produced colas like Coke and Pepsi changed their recipes forever ago though. Now they're just corn syrup, powdered caffeine, coloring, and other flavors.

Yes, that was due to the coca leaf extract I mentioned. Cocaine is a naturally occuring compound within coca leaf, so if it contained coca leaf it naturally contained some amount of cocaine. It didn't contain refined cocaine though.
