FINALLY IT'S FINISHED!!! _[=]_O
it took me 4 days in total to do this vector!!
2,5 days with the lines, 0,5 a day for the base color and another day for the shading, lighting and gradient colors.
this vector is really huge (both in dimension and filesize) and it was really hard to do a vector this big.
not only because my desktop had a hard time keeping up, but also because it's really not motivating to know you still need to do a tons of things before the vector is done.
but to be honest this vector also had it's fun side :D (Big Grin)

one example is that I had to use another way of vectoring then I normally use.
I started with the lines, then added the base color and then the shading and lighting colors.
I usually do a shadow layer after the base colors and just duplicate it for the base colors,
but this time I had several colors per base colors so I had to use a new way and it was fun and interesting to do.
another fun thing was the finish up with the gradient :D (Big Grin)

using the gradients really do add a nice touch to the vector, and you can really go crazy with the gradients if you're not careful xD

BUT BE CAREFUL!! the scan in on an image archive site called Danbooru, and Danbooru isn't a SFW site (has alot of hentai)
so be careful!!! (I wish I could upload to scan to an image host, but the scan is just too big xD )

for the curious people, the characters are called Kujou Miu (front) and Rachel Calvin (back)
they're both from the anime Kurogane no Linebarrels and the original image is a scan from a magazine.

after this I'll post 4 render versions of this vector, so stay tuned if you'd like them ^_^
