So what on earth is she trying to do "properly" here? As far as I know no task is properly done by wearing a serafuku, lit candles on the ears, a party hat, clown nose and multiple bloody knives strapped to the thighs.
Going by the fact her hat has eyeballs on it and what happened last time Mr Despair ran into lots of eyeballs, that being utter terror, I can only assume she is being terrifying for him (properly).
