Ceylon/Star's expressions are almost identical, and their fingers are in exactly the same positions on the breasts. M4/Schwarz's expressions are very similar as well, and the pose of each body is almost exactly the same. I think it goes beyond coincidence

I will add it's also suspicious how this illustration has almost the same resolution as that section of the parent image
