She was trash only at the beginning after her buff she became OK, good to farm

Sort of true. One has a NP battery on her NP which needs to be charged. HOWEVER, that same NP also lowers all CDs for all servants which is MASSIVE
One has a battery on two skills, a targeted NP gain buff (which is potent) and an NP that pretty much just says "No" to damage (that can't be pierced or sure-aimed through).
While Tamamo has stalling capabilities and a means to keep herself alive at anytime with her morph skill, Castoria has better offensive capabilities and more general tools for looping. They're both extremely good supports for the arts catagory regardless and you can easily use one, the other, or both and benefit greatly.
