Actually, if she's anything like the Nightmare she has parts in the FRONT. If you use the google translator on the story for the nightmare on the artist's site, it's pretty clear that they can in fact mate from the front. With that in mind, I'd have to say centaurs are one of my favorite kinds of MG, behind Lamias.
