    I think the intent is the bulge when you got tight elbow gloves/knee-socks and some thiccness going on. I think for Kobayashi Quetzalcoatl being on a bed with some bits obscured creates a really uncanny effect with the compression, making it look like her thighs are transforming into thin sticks.
