Whether welcome or unwelcome, and definitely odd exhibitionism: I wouldn't classify this as 'pervert' or 'female pervert'. Then again I never saw the big deal about women breastfeeding in public.

Obviously it's going to be less abhorred if it's an attractive young woman; but it's no worse than men [ elderly often enough ] in shorts, or really odd clothes, like pant-suits, or infants' dresses, or puffy little knickers, that charming actresses wear to scream "Look at me !".

In other words, with her one might smile and move on; whereas a date wearing ass-less chaps would just make one go away backwards.
