No, she's amputated here. Look closely and you'll see that the leg doesn't continue down. If it did, then the view of her right hand would be covered by it.

Unless of course her hand is on top of said leg? Which, I do believe it is.

In that case more of her wrist should be visable. But it's not, because it'c covered by the stub that is her leg. Also, look at all the shading at the end of the stub. It should make it obvious enough that the leg does not continue on from there.
