The Russian part is Черт возьми (the umlaut is a mistake I believe), which translates as "Gosh damn".
The part below is 悪魔めー, which means something like "damned devils". 悪魔 == devil めー == derogatory suffix
I'd like to get a check though before I add those to the translation.
