I think this is the first time she's actively fought against anything in this place. I imagine that if you manage to get her into a fighting mood she unintentionally is a beast.

She wears dungeon equipment and is about to fight something relativly normal. This looks more like Shelob than one of the other eldritch things that populate the mansion.
